A Strategic Evolution: How Vision and Partnership Drive Success at Cash Money

For over two decades, Marta has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate footprint of Attain Finance across North America. As Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager, she oversees a portfolio of more than 500 locations—including those under the Cash Money brand.

Her journey with Alfio began in 2012, when she and her team were tasked with finding 30 high-profile corner locations in retail plazas owned by major companies.

“He was a landlord for a couple of our locations,” she recalls. “That’s when we brought him on to support our expansion in Canada. Acting as our partner and intermediary, he helped us negotiate and get our foot in the door where it really mattered. Without him, many of those opportunities simply wouldn’t have happened.”

For Marta, success is rooted in vision.

“You have to be open-minded, flexible and trust the process,” she says.
